VertiSenseTM 掃描熱學(xué)顯微鏡通過(guò)使用特殊帶熱電偶的針尖,掃描樣品時(shí),熱電偶的溫度,通過(guò)熱信號(hào)成像放大器,通過(guò)AFM處理,同時(shí)得到熱成像圖和形貌圖。可以得到定量溫度分布成像圖,和定性熱導(dǎo)率分布圖。針尖的設(shè)計(jì),可以達(dá)到小于50nm的熱空間分辨率
