CRS-1000A型高壓共軌試驗臺本共軌系統試驗臺主機傳動采用變頻無級調速；集噴油泵試驗臺的完善技術和新型共軌的結合，實現共軌油泵油嘴的檢測。通過CR控制系統用戶可以設定控制參數，該機模擬ECU輸出燃油噴射控制信號，驅動共軌高壓泵和共軌噴油器協同工作。本控制系統的噴油器驅動信號脈寬及頻率可調；短路保護功能；可以實時測量軌道壓力，并具有高壓保護功能。
