一.硫化橡膠塑料擊穿電壓試驗儀適用范圍

電壓擊穿試驗儀滿足GB1408-2006 絕緣材料電氣強度試驗方法，GB/T1695-2005硫化橡膠工頻電壓擊穿強度和耐電壓強度試驗 GB/T3333 電覽紙工頻電壓擊穿試驗方法 HG/T 3330絕緣漆漆膜擊穿強度測定法 GB12656 電容器紙工頻電壓擊穿試驗方法及ASTM D149 標準要求.主要適用于固體絕緣材料如：塑料、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等介質在工頻電壓或直流電壓下擊穿強度和耐電壓時間的測試。

二.硫化橡膠塑料擊穿電壓試驗儀主要技術參數：

1）輸入電壓：交流 220V ；輸出電壓： 交流 0--50KV ，直流 0—50kv ；電器容量：5KVA；能進行直流和交流試驗；

2）有透明防護罩，升壓速度10-5000V/s可調，可以實現均勻升壓、梯度升壓、耐壓升壓、連續升壓、逐級升壓、手動升壓等功能，要求輸入交流220V，分別輸出交流、直流0-50kV，分級為0-5kV、0-10kV、0-20kV、0-50kV

三.硫化橡膠塑料擊穿電壓試驗儀安全保護

試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側無電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。

設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。

直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.（注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害）。

Three. Safety protection of insulation performance tester for insulating materials
